About me

Through coaching, I support people, and the organisations they build, to grow and thrive. I am committed to delivering sustainable change and positive impact for my clients.  I achieve this through: partnering with my clients to think through challenges; providing an honest independent sounding-board and calm safe space to explore new possibilities; offering challenge and perspective; facilitating insight, awareness, and clarity; and supporting action-planning to achieve sustainable change.

I bring over 15 years’ experience designing and delivering programmes to enable the private sector to deliver on the UN Sustainable Development Goals (SDGs), working in 30+ countries across Asia Pacific, Europe, Africa, and the Middle East. With a track-record convening senior stakeholders across the private, public, and social sectors to deliver innovative sustainability projects, my clients include Fortune 100 companies, start-ups, multilateral organisations, banks and financial institutions, investors, and governments.

Prior to establishing Ivydale, I led a sustainable development consulting practice within a large professional services firm for eight years, growing and overseeing a portfolio of multi-million dollar projects, building high-performing remote teams, breaking into new markets, and navigating two horizontal mergers along the way.  I have also worked in public sector consulting and social enterprises.

My voluntary work has included supporting female entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s Mentoring Programme, supporting social entrepreneurs through the Transformational Business Network Asia, serving on the Board of Governors of an inner-city school for Southwark Council, and on the Sustainability Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.  As part of my commitment to supporting women into leadership, I founded a network for professional women in the sustainable development sector.

I hold an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a BA(Hons) from Trinity College Dublin. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (FICRS), an International Coach Federation (ICF) Professional Certified Coach (PCC) and Member, and an Agile PM Practitioner. I am also a Certified Organisational Coach, accredited by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL) and a certified Hogan Assessor.

I live in South East England with my husband and our two children.
