About me

Through coaching, I support people, and the organisations they build, to grow and thrive. I am committed to delivering sustainable change and positive impact for my clients.  I achieve this through: partnering with my clients to think through challenges; providing an honest independent sounding-board and calm safe space to explore new possibilities; offering challenge and perspective; facilitating insight, awareness, and clarity; and supporting action-planning to achieve sustainable change.

Prior to establishing Ivydale, I led a consulting practice within a large professional services firm for eight years, growing and overseeing a portfolio of projects, building high-performing teams, breaking into new markets, and navigating two horizontal mergers along the way.

Working as sustainable development consultant for more than a dozen years, I designed and delivered complex capacity-building programmes to support economic development across Asia, Africa, Europe and the Middle East. Many of these programmes entailed working with leaders to improve organisational performance, with clients ranging from SMEs to financial institutions, start-ups to global corporations, industry associations to government ministries. I started my career in teaching before moving into public sector consulting with a focus on employment, education and skills.

My voluntary work has included supporting female entrepreneurs through the Cherie Blair Foundation for Women’s Mentoring Programme, supporting social entrepreneurs through the Transformational Business Network Asia, serving on the Board of Governors of an inner-city school for Southwark Council, and on the Sustainability Committee of the British Chamber of Commerce Singapore.  As part of my commitment to supporting women into leadership, I founded a successful network for professional women in the development sector.

I hold an MBA from Warwick Business School, an MPhil in Development Studies from the University of Cambridge, and a BA(Hons) from Trinity College Dublin. I am a Fellow of the Institute of Corporate Responsibility and Sustainability (FICRS), an International Coach Federation (ICF) Certified Coach (ACC) and Member, and an Agile PM Practitioner. I am also a Certified Organisational Coach, accredited by the Institute of Executive Coaching and Leadership (IECL).

Originally from London, I live in Singapore with my husband and our two children.
